Get out of the wet!It was agreed very early on that formal structure be kept to a minimum. We have no officers, committee or members, pay no annual fees and just hold enough cash to cover our very modest needs. (Like maintaining this website).  Information on camps is collated by one of the regular campers who then emails it to those on our mailing list along with any other interested parties.  Any family news or prayer requests are also distributed in this manner.

Every year, normally on the last Saturday in February, we hold a winter  reunion, (in a Church, not under canvas), where we get the chance to renew friendships as well as discuss the camps for the coming season, and to look at ideas for future years.  The reunion also includes a short time of worship and often a short walk in the vicinity.

Each camp is put into the hands of a volunteer couple, family or individual, who then take on the responsibility for the finding of a suitable site, and the making of all the necessary arrangements.   Whilst at camp, they take on the role of 'facilitator' rather than leader, finding people to lead morning prayers and co-ordinating any other activities suggested and arranged by those camping.
