We usually try to get sole use of smaller sites or book rally fields or youth sites for our camps, and  keep fees to a minimum.  In the past we have used a lot of farmers fields with little or no facilities provided, however we are now trying to book sites that have some basic facilities, (Toilet and shower). We may occasionally have basic sites where toilet tents are needed, but don’t worry if you don’t have one, as most people are usually willing to share their facilities. See our forthcoming camps page for more details.  As well as the site fees we usually collect a small amount per unit for communal drink supplies, charcoal for barbeques, toilet rolls etc as needed, along with the organisations running costs.

 

Most August Bank Holiday weekends we camp in the grounds of Downton Baptist Church, Whiltshire, where the church provides toilet & shower facilities for us.

Occasionally we may have the use of a hut or small marquee, made available to us by the site's owner.  This enables get-togethers and activities to proceed whatever the weather is doing.
